Clarification of Public - Private sector education Financial resourcing is the main difference. The financing of public education covers governmental or municipal support directly from the governmental/municipal source (a precise sum/year/student distinct by education level); while private education has the same source, it is given to the maintaining foundations, associations, private persons, or others.
Legal Definition of SEN

Children and students with other disability: children and students which have the following disability based on the advice of the committee of specialists or the rehabilitation committee:
a) pervasive development problems (e.g. autistic),
b) as a result of psychological development problems the child or student has problems with participation or with performance at school, and, consequently, the person is permanently retarded in the development or the learning process (e.g. dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, mutism, acute hyperactivity, attention problems)
