Identification of
children with special educational needs
Identification of special needs mainly occurs within the comprehensive
school setting. Before
transferring a pupil to any form of special education, s/he has to undergo
a medical and
psychological assessment by an expert, or a social report must be made of
the pupil and her/his
circumstances.
