	Post-graduate courses in the education of children with special educational needs are available in universities or in colleges of education affiliated to universities. These include the following: - A Diploma Course in Special Education provided by St. Patrick's College of Education, Dublin. - A Higher Diploma in Remedial and Special Education provided by University College, Dublin. - A Diploma for Teachers of the Deaf, provided by University College, Dublin. - Diplomas in Remedial and Compensatory Education provided by University College, Cork; by The Church of Ireland College of Education, Dublin; by University College, Galway; and by Mary Immaculate College of Education, Limerick. - A Diploma in Remedial Education provided by St. Patrick's College of Education, Dublin. A Masters' Degree in Education, containing modules on special education, is offered by Dublin City University, through St. Patrick's College of Education.
