NordSpes is a joint Nordic online forum for those involved in special needs education. Its purpose is to increase Nordic co-operation when it comes to teaching pupils with special needs and to make information available in a holistic way from a Nordic perspective.

The Norwegian national service for special educational needs is located at the Norwegian National Schoolnet. The aim of the web is to co-ordinate special education expertise and information about the school system, in order to make comprehensive information about this field available for teachers, students and parents in both primary and secondary schools.
