The Salamanca Statement, 1994, presents the findings of the World Conference on Special Needs Education: Access and Quality held in Salamanca, Spain, June 7 – 20 1994.

It is published by the Spanish Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia and also available through UNESCO in English, Arabic; French; Portuguese and Spanish.

The report covers the main findings of the Salamanca Conference and covers:
