Individual Transition Plans - Guidance Tool

One of the outputs of the project has been the development of an interactive ITP Guidance tool. This tool is aimed at young people in schools, their families and the professionals supporting them. This tool has been produced using MacroMedia Flash as it was felt this would be easy to use for the main audience the tool was designed for.All of the Information in this tool is available in the ITP summary report (opens in a new browser) in MSWORD and Adobe PDF versions. The ITP Guidance Tool is available in a static html version (opens in a new browse).

The Guidance Tool is also available in a MacroMedia Flash version. This is not an accessible version. It may not operate on some systems and with some devices. The flash version can be accessed from here (opens in a new browser).

This MacroMedia Flash version is also available on a CD - for copies please contact: brussels.office@european-agency.org
