Schools working with the IEP and documentation, point out the importance of involving both the pupil and parents in the work. They also point out that the IEP must be a vivid document that describes the pupil’s development and that the plan is assessable in the classroom for both the pupil and the teachers. The teachers in these schools mean that the plan shall always be the basis for schoolwork and take a natural part in learning and teaching.
