< 3 year olds 0 0 0 0 0 Some pupils may finish ISCED 2 later than others. In earlier tables, ISCED 2 includes those in S1–S4 in secondary. The actual ages of these pupils may vary: S4 pupils are typically aged 15 (a small number are 14 or over 16, but a fairly large group – around 6% of S4 pupils – are aged 16). This includes all pupils in secondary stages S1–S4 with an additional support need. It does not include any 16-year-olds in independent or special schools, as in these age 12–15 has been used as the proxy for ISCED level 2. 'NA' for Question 5 because no information is collected on non-formal education provision.
