We want to help countries to make their education inclusive. This means that everyone can have a good education together with their friends in schools where they live.

We want people who are making decisions about education to have the right information so they can make good decisions.

We want everyone to be able to get the education they need.

They should also get it in the way that they need it.

This means that education is inclusive.

We understand that countries work in different ways.

That is why the work we do is so important.

We help everyone to work together better by giving them the information they need to make education inclusive and better for everyone.

We share information about learning, education and training with the countries we work with.

We work mostly with
- policy makers,
- experts
- and professionals.

Policy makers are people who make decisions about the rules in each country like the government and local councils.

Experts are people who know a lot about a subject and understand it very well like disability organisations.

They can help other people to understand it well too.

Professionals are people who work in education like teachers, head teachers, assistants and many others who support people in education and training.

We support our countries to work together to make learning inclusive and better for everyone.

We organise projects on different parts of learning.

Our projects help our countries to understand how to make education and training more inclusive and better for everyone.

We invite countries and experts to take part in our projects.

We meet each other in person and online.

We learn from each other by sharing our information and experiences.

We often make guidelines so that our countries can learn how to change the way education and training works in their own country to make it better and more inclusive for everyone.

We create reports, seminars, conferences and events so that our countries can share information and learn from each other.

We also put a lot of information on our website where people can find it easily and learn more about education and training.

Each country works on information about education on their own too.

We collect this information in databases so people can see it all in the one place.

Each country has a national representative that works with the Agency on the Representative Board.

The Representative Board members are chosen by the government of your country.

They work on the policy of education.

Your country can also have a national co-ordinator.

They work on the projects organised by the Agency.

They also work closely with staff in the Agency so that all the members understand the important issues about education and training in the same way.
