The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) promotes inclusive education policies, programmes and practices to ensure equal education opportunities for people with disabilities.
'Building inclusive societies for persons with disabilities' is an open online community set up by the UNESCO, where various stakeholders can share knowledge and debate challenges of an inclusive society. This is an open virtual space established for the promotion of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
