It highlights relevant trends, systemic needs and promising directions for cross-sector work for inclusive education. The paper also presents conceptual models and implementation approaches that can be adapted to national and local contexts. It concludes with a set of key questions developed to prompt further reflection and dialogue among policy-makers and practitioners.
