The Preventing School Failure: Examining the Potential of Inclusive Education Policies at System and Individual Levels (PSF) project examines the link between school failure and inclusive education policies. This synthesis report outlines the project’s main findings and gives a comprehensive overview of the issue of school failure.

The report presents information on the international and European policy context and the PSF literature review findings. It analyses key policies and measures promoted by national education authorities in 14 Agency member countries. Finally, it highlights key policy actions to prevent school failure.

The main target groups for the synthesis report are national, regional and local policy‑makers for inclusive education.
