EASNIE is a technical provider in the European Commission’s Technical Support Instrument, working in collaboration with the Reform and Investment Taskforce (SG REFORM) to provide individualised country support. |

The final conference in the ‘Combatting disparities in access to inclusive education in Portugal, Italy and Spain’ Technical Support Instrument (TSI) project took place in Spain in July. The event brought together key stakeholders in the TSI project, serving as a platform to present the project’s results and action plan proposal for Spain, and highlighting the collaborative efforts and insights gained throughout the project. |

| As part of its on-going work as a technical provider for the ‘Fostering inclusive quality education in Finland and Ireland’ TSI project, EASNIE has published a new report on teacher professional learning. It also held the first in a series of webinars, which explored the differences and similarities between inclusive and special education. |

EASNIE has signed a co-operation agreement with the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) to promote inclusive education practices, particularly for learners with special educational needs and international learners. The agreement will ensure the exchange of knowledge between the two organisations, helping to promote inclusive education research and practices across Europe and Ibero-America. |

INCLUSION IS THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PRIORITY IN ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME |
|
| A recent study concludes that inclusion is the most successfully implemented priority in Erasmus+ 2021–2027, across all sectors. It found that nearly 50% of co-operation projects include inclusion and diversity objectives. Since 2021, all national agencies involved in Erasmus+ have taken action to promote inclusion, an increase from just 38% of agencies in 2015. |

| MEETING OF DIRECTORS OF ERASMUS+ NATIONAL AGENCIES IN DENMARK |

| As part of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, a meeting of the directors of the Erasmus+ national agencies took place in Copenhagen, Denmark, in September. The event brought together participants from across Europe to share their experiences of and ideas for the Erasmus+ programme. |

| In June, EASNIE participated in a visit by a delegation of education professionals from Kazakhstan to Brussels, Belgium. The delegation, which included university professors, researchers and education practitioners, aimed to explore European practices in inclusive education. |
