This report is the main output of phase 1 of the Teacher Professional Learning for Inclusion (TPL4I) project. Phase 1 aimed to identify the policy elements and framework needed to ensure all teachers, at each stage of their career, are prepared for inclusive education.
The policy self-review tool was used to map the national teacher professional learning for inclusion (TPL4I) policies of the countries that participated in the project. This was a collaborative process, in which the project team added relevant policy information to the policy self-review tool. This information came from national legislation, regulations, international or European-level reports commenting on national policy, etc. The Agency country representatives verified and updated the information.
