The use of ICTs in inclusive education - high on Poland's and the Agency's agenda
On 26 November 2013, Cor J.W. Meijer, Agency Director met with Polish Secretary of State for Education Tadeusz Sławecki in Warsaw. Mr Sławecki and Mr Meijer discussed possibilities for strenghtening co-operation between the Ministry of National Education and the Agency in the field of inclusive education.
CROSP phase 1
Phase 1 (2017–2019) of the CROSP activity covered a detailed mapping exercise on past and current trends and situations in 26 Agency member countries in relation to specialist provision, as well as on perceived future trends.
Changing Role of Specialist Provision in Supporting Inclusive Education: Policy Self-Review Tool
This video introduces the CROSP Policy Self-Review Tool, the main outcome of phase 2 of the activity, and gives guidance on how to use the tool.
The tool is for policy-makers at national/regional/local level, as well as decision-makers and professionals at school level. It aims to enable them to reflect and develop a continuum of support for inclusive education.

The Agency hosted a seminar on two recent UNESCO Global Education Monitoring (GEM) reports on 26 May. This was part of the Agency’s spring bi-annual meeting of member country representatives.
Forthcoming International events
This summer the Agency will participate in both the 7th Innsbruck Conference on Higher Education and Disability, July 20-23, and the Inclusive and Supportive Education Congress 2010 (ISEC), August 2-5 in Belfast.
EASIE Joint Workshop for Policy-Makers and Statisticians
European Agency Statistics on Inclusive Education (EASIE) data experts and Agency Representative Board members met in Tallinn on 26–28 September 2017. The event aimed to collect inputs and reach outline agreements on areas for future data collection.
